Is it safe for my account?
Yes. PlanReply only uses the official Meta API (Instagram API with Instagram Login). We respect Meta’s rate limits, never use bots or scraping, and never ask for your password.
On top of that, each person goes through an automation at most once every 90 days, and reminders are only sent inside Meta’s 24‑hour messaging window.
Do I need a Facebook Page?
No. For Instagram you only need an Instagram professional account (Creator or Business). Switching is free in the Instagram app settings. No Facebook Page required.
When does it launch?
We’re opening access in waves, starting with people on the waitlist. Leave your email and we’ll send you one message when your spot is ready. No spam.
How is this different from ManyChat or Buffer?
ManyChat does DM automations and Buffer does scheduling. PlanReply does both in one place, for a single price, and shows which Reel brings the most followers and emails.
What can the comment‑to‑DM automation do?
Trigger on any word or specific keywords, on all posts or only the posts you pick. Reply publicly under the comment, send a DM with a button, require a follow first (with a real follow check), ask for an email, and deliver a link card with an image and button.
Where do the collected emails go?
They’re checked (fake, disposable and typo emails are rejected), sent to your email list, and you can export all of them as a CSV any time.
Can people opt out?
Yes. Anyone can reply STOP to unsubscribe and PlanReply won’t message them again.
What happens on the Free plan after 100 contacts?
Free covers up to 100 new contacts per month. If you grow past that, Pro gives you unlimited contacts for $19/month.
Does it work with Facebook or TikTok?
Instagram first. Facebook Page Messenger and comments are coming soon, TikTok later.
