Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of planreply.com and the PlanReply service (“PlanReply”, the “Service”), operated by Bro print MB, company code 307779094, Lithuania (“we”, “us”). By joining the waitlist or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PlanReply helps creators schedule and auto‑publish Instagram Reels, automate replies to comments, messages, story replies and story mentions, and view analytics. PlanReply is currently in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed, and some features are marked “coming soon”.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• To connect Instagram you need an Instagram professional account (Creator or Business) and must log in through Meta’s official login. You are responsible for all activity under your PlanReply account.
• Keep your login secure and tell us promptly at hello@planreply.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must comply with Meta’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Platform policies, and with applicable laws, including privacy, consumer protection and anti‑spam laws.
• You are responsible for the content you schedule and the messages your automations send, and for having a lawful basis to email the contacts you collect.
• You must not use PlanReply to send spam, misleading or illegal content, to harass anyone, to collect sensitive data, or to try to get around Meta’s limits or our technical limits.
• You must not reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service.

4. Plans, fees and billing

• Free: $0, 1 Instagram account, up to 100 new contacts per month, all automation templates and the planner.
• Pro: $19 per month, unlimited contacts, multiple accounts, priority support, and AI features when they launch.
• Paid plans will be billed in advance through Stripe once available. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You give us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to operate the Service (for example, to publish a Reel you scheduled or send a message you wrote).

6. Third‑party platforms

PlanReply depends on Meta’s APIs and other third‑party services. Meta may change or restrict its APIs, rate limits or policies at any time, which may affect the Service. We are not responsible for actions Meta takes on your account, though PlanReply is designed to stay within Meta’s rules.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep PlanReply available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, especially during early access. Scheduled posts and automations may be delayed by platform limits or outages.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise any specific results such as followers, leads or sales.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €100 if you have not paid anything. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using PlanReply and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users or for our relationship with Meta, or if required by law. On termination we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and notify users of important changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use PlanReply after changes take effect means you accept them.
